CrossFit Rage is an officially licensed 3,000 square foot CrossFit facility located in Skippack, PA. Our mission is to change people’s lives by using CrossFit methodologies. In addition, we want everyone who walks through our doors to understand what being fit really means. At CrossFit Rage, you will push yourself like you never have before and this will lead to results you’ve always been looking for. You will learn how to move your body the way it was supposed to through functional movements. You will squat, deadlift, press, pull, run, row, jump, and learn endless number of skills that will challenge you both physically and neurologically. CrossFit Rage is equipped with barbells, bumper plates, kettlebells, medicine balls, Concept 2 rowers, climbing ropes, plyometric boxes, pullup bars, gymnastic rings, “Strongman” equipment and more. Through camaraderie and competition, we guarantee you will do things that you never thought were possible such as doing your first pull-up. We celebrate every goal of each athlete. Classes
At CrossFit Rage, the WOD (Workout Of Day) is performed in a small group class consisting of no more than 15 athletes per class to maintain personalized attention. Classes typically consist of a Warm-up, skill work, WOD, and mobility. Workouts can last anywhere from a few minutes to 45 minutes depending on the WOD. Each athlete will be under close guidance of a level 1 certified CrossFit Trainer. Athletes are encouraged to do our strength and mobility work in addition to the daily WOD. If you unfamiliar with CrossFit, you will find out quickly that technique is vital not only for your own safety, but it will maximize your power output through efficient movement. We will make sure that you are performing the movements correctly on a consistent basis before you add in the intensity.
Open Gym
“Open gym” hours are designed for athletes who are unable to make the regular scheduled classes. Open Gym is not structured like the group classes, however there will always be an available trainer to assist with anything. During these hours you may perform the daily WOD, work on auxillary strength work, practice skills (rope climbs, double unders, muscle-ups, etc). CrossFit Rage Trainers/Coaches will be working out during this time, so you are more than welcome to WOD along with us. We recommend attending the class times as much as possible to reap the full benefits of personalized coaching and competitive atmosphere.
