Jordan graduated from West Chester University in the Fall of 2006 with a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology and was a four year All-American swimmer. Jordan was a member of the Sea Isle City Beach Patrol for seven summers. Jordan has always tried to stay fit his whole life, but his view of fitness changed forever when Ian Hardin (owner of Hardbat CrossFit) introduced him to CrossFit in the Fall of 2010.

Jordan coached at CrossFit Pottstown for over a year and learned a lot from the experience. He then decided that he had to follow his dream of opening up his own “box” or gym. Jordan’s passion and enthusiasm for CrossFit is evident while training his athletes. He strives to get the most out of each athlete and for them to reach their highest fitness potential. Jordan’s unique way of programming makes each workout both challenging and fun.

Coach Ross Buckwalter is a nationally competitive weightlifter and former swimmer.  As a swimmer, Ross began at age 5 and continued on to swim for Perkiomen Valley High School, the University of Delaware, and even had the opportunity to swim in the 2012 U.S. Olympic Trials in the 100m breaststroke.  During his stay at Delaware he developed a passion for the strength sports and he attributes much of his success in swimming to his dedication in the weight room.  During his senior year, Ross made the decision to train as a weightlifter once his swimming career concluded.  This decision led Ross to work and train under several nationally renowned coaches.  He is a certified club coach through USA Weightlifting, a CrossFit Level 1 Trainer,  and holds his CSCS (Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist) from the NSCA (National Strength and Conditioning Association). Ross holds a BS in Mechanical Engineering from UD. Crossfit Rage has provided Ross an outlet to share his passion for strength sports and give back to the community.
