Conditioning

6 RFT – “Legends Semi Final Event #3”

9 Deadlifts 205/145#

6 Power Cleans 205/145#

3 Jerks 205/145#

WOD Notes: Goal is to get under the 12 Min Cap. Barbell weight should be around 75% of power clean. DL will feel the easiest similar to the “DT” WOD.
