b) One Arm Shoulder Press – 4×8 each arm (same as tues)

Assistance
a) L-Sit/tuck (pegboard) – 4 sets ME (rest as much needed between)
b) Sandbag Bear Hug Carry – 3 sets: Max distance each set inside Rage
