Conditioning
4 Rounds (interval style)
12 DB squats 70/45#’s
9 Deadlifts 255/165# (55-60%)
6 Strict C2B Pull-ups (RX+ = Muscle-ups)
400m Run
—Rest 1 Min between

WOD Notes: Use (2) DB for the squats. DL should be touch n go or quick singles. Scale C2b to chin over or banded PU (make sure they are difficult!)
