Conditioning
Complete the Following work in any order for time
5 Rope Climbs 20’/15′
5 Prowler Pushes 500/350lb
25 Pistols
25 Chest To Bar Pull-ups
50 Wall Balls 20/14lb
50 Burpees
100 Double Unders
1 Mile Run

WOD Notes: Scaling for rope climbs are 15′ or 4 up/downs for each rope climb. Scaling for pistols will be done in class. Scaling for double unders are 250 singles. There will be a 30 minute time cap.
