—We will only be able to run 6 people at the most in a heat for this WOD. Today’s heat times are: 
4:30pm
5pm
5:30pm – Mary, Teresa
6pm
6:30pm
7pm

***Remember you are responsible for finding a judge (not on your team). Make sure you know what the standards are before you start!!! Saturday – First heat will go off at 8:30am and heats will run every 30 minutes until 11:30am. Please email me to let me know what heat you’d like to be in. 3.2.1…Rage!!!
