Back Squat – Work up to 95% of 1RM, then do 3×5 @ 80%

Conditioning
12 Min AMRAP
10 Power Snatches 135/95#
25 Wall Balls 20/14#
50 Double Unders

WOD Notes: TD = 3-5 rounds. PS weight = 55-60% of 1RM (should be able to move through quickly). WB height Rx’d is 10ft for men & 9ft for women. DU scale = 100 singles.
