15 Min to establish 1RM Split Jerk
Then:
3 Rounds for time:
30 Wall Balls
20 Toe to bar
10 Burpee Broad Jumps (Mat to Mat)

-WOD notes — We will take the first 15 minutes to go over the Split Jerk technique since this is a new movement. You may just work on technique if you don’t feel comfortable going heavy.
