Full Clean + Push Jerk – 1 EMOM For 8 minutes
—Start @ 80% & work up to a heavy single

Conditioning
For Time
20 Power Cleans 205/125#
75 Burpees
20 Push Jerks 205/125#
Run 1200m

WOD Notes: TD = 15-20 minutes. BB weight is around 70% of either PC or PJ (use same weight for both movements).
