4/21/2014 – WOD

Strength
Back Squat – 1×5 (70%), 1×3 (80%), 1×2 (85%), 5×1 (90-100%)
—Follow sets & work up to heavy 1RM for the day

Conditioning
For Time
50 Back Squats (bodyweight) or use 50% 1RM
*Top of every minute do 6 burpees
—Rest 5 minutes
800m Run For Time

Midline
4×20 Sit-ups (weighted)

WOD Notes: No racks are allowed. The WOD starts with 6 burpees. You may scale the burpees to 3-4 each round if necessary.
