Conditioning

10 Thrusters 115/75#
10 C2B Pull-ups
10 KB Swings 70/53#

WOD Notes: TD = 8-14 minutes. Thruster weight is relatively light (should be able to do at least 2 rounds unbroken). You may scale C2B to chin over bar.
